Welcome to Play With Fire Rehearsal Studios! By booking a rehearsal space with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
  1. Booking Confirmation and Payment: When you submit a booking request and provide your payment details, you acknowledge that this is a booking request and not a guaranteed reservation. If your booking request is accepted, we will immediately charge the full amount to the card on file and send you a confirmation email. This process is similar to the confirmation required booking system utilized by platforms like Airbnb.
  2. Refunds: All bookings are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows, except in extreme circumstances. Refunds in such cases will be at the sole discretion of Play With Fire Rehearsal Studios' operators.
  3. Credit Policy: In certain circumstances, credit may be offered instead of a refund. This decision will also be made at the sole discretion of Play With Fire Rehearsal Studios' operators.   7. Safety Instructions: Upon booking confirmation, clients will receive videos demonstrating how to use the heating and other equipment safely. These instructions must be adhered to for the safety of participants and the space itself.
  8. Security and Safety: Security cameras are installed throughout the premises for safety and security purposes. Clients are expected to adhere to safety guidelines and exercise caution while on the premises.
  9. Availability: While we strive to accommodate all booking requests, availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings based on availability or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, any payments made will be refunded or credited accordingly.
  10. Changes to Bookings: Changes to bookings, including rescheduling or altering the duration of the booking, may be accommodated based on availability and at the discretion of Play With Fire Rehearsal Studios' operators. Additional charges may apply for changes made to confirmed bookings.
  11. Code of Conduct: Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner while on our premises. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by our staff may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.
